Ace Relocation Systems Bay Area

Ace Relocation Systems did a great job with our move. Very efficient, friendly and easy to work with! I would certainly refer them in the future!

The guys at Ace exceeded our expectations at every step of the process. Eric provided our initial estimate quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and even let us know that they had gently used boxes that we could use. This was a big cost savings for us. We got several other estimates, but Ace felt like the best choice.

When we went to the warehouse to pick up boxes, the security man and the guys at the warehouse were extra friendly and even helped us load up the boxes into our vehicle.

Kelly kept us up to date with the schedule of when the driver, David, would show up. David was friendly and arrived with an upbeat crew. They did a terrific job of getting our things packed up and safely puzzled in the truck.

In addition, they also hired a third-party crating crew that packed up some glass and art in wood crates.

In general, the move went reasonably well. We have move 3 times before, and this was our fourth move. Two of the moves, from Ohio to Maryland, and then from The Netherlands back to Maryland (an international), we would rate higher than this move. One of them, from Maryland to California, was the worst. The packers were sloppy and as a result, furnishings and furniture were damage. I would rate this move 3rd. The first 2 would have gotten 5 stars, this move 4.5 stars, and the MD to CA move 1 star since we can't go below that.

Our experience with ACE was excellent. Starting with Eric who provided the estimate and then communications with Amanda and others was professional , clear and very reassuring. The move itself went without a hitch. Very special praise for Abel and his leadership of the crew on both ends of the move — he put us at ease from the start, assured us our household items would arrive safely, and he was patient, practical and obviously a “pro” at his job. He communicated with us by phone through the entire process. The crew on both ends were fantastic, hard working and extremely considerate. The crew arrived on time and efficiently loaded and unloaded out belongings. We are extremely pleased and grateful we chose ACE for our moving needs. Thank you

The movers were awesome! So kind and very respectful! Took great care of our possessions and very accommodating in all placement of our stuff! These guys worked very well together and accomplished so much over the course of this day!
