Ace Relocation Systems Bay Area

Used Atlas Moving for a cross-country move. The in-person quote consultation associate and pick-up associates were on -time, professional and friendly. The associates that dropped our stuff off at the destination went above and beyond to deliver on time and provided quality service. My interaction with the point-of-contact person was less positive. They first said that delivery would be 3 weeks late in a rude phone interaction. They later said that it'd be 1 week - which was acceptable. Then our stuff showed up on originally requested date (thanks to the driver), but amid bit of a chaos because we were given no heads up about it. Our TV was packed by the movers and it arrived broken, waiting for that claim to go through.

I used Ace relocation for my first inter state move a few years ago. They provided me a non-binding estimate. I didn’t know the nuance and received an additional bill after the move. Be careful with this provider’s quote, educate yourself, and talk to multiple providers before making a choice.

I appreciated Ace Relocation because from the beginning they included all the fees and nothing was hidden. They kept us informed on the timing and showed up when expected. Those who dealt with our stuff at both ends were helpful and careful. With reminders, they were willing to wear masks. Things that we were worried about made the trip successfully. In short the confidence that my friends who recommended Ace had was well rewarded.

Ace Relocation Systems was amazing! They were able to step in last minute and make every part of the moving process from California to Tennessee easy. The driver who handled my load, along with his crews on both ends, took such care of my parent's antique furniture and numerous boxes of fragile glass items, they really put my fears to rest. I know it's difficult to make a move across the country and not expect any damage, but we were so fortunate that everything arrived intact and in the same good condition that had been packed up in. I would definitely recommend Ace Relocation Services to any of my friends and family looking for a move like this- in fact, I already have!
