I was disappointed in my experience with Ace Relocation outside of (1) the ability to schedule my delivery and (2) the personability of the movers.

It took several phone calls to both set up my contract for the move and to get questions answered about the move itself. I found this to be unacceptable. A moving company knows perhaps better than anyone how stressful moving is, and not being able to hear back from movers made me question my decision dozens of times. Vanessa Cardenas had come out to survey my belongings early in my process, and when I followed up for documents and then to schedule, I had to call or email so many times that I began to apologize for bothering her. I was stunned to find myself doing so for asking someone to do their job.

From estimation to the actual move, everything was professional and well done. The movers were a hard working set of folks who made sure we got everything in the place we wanted. They also helped secure some last minute items for the move. Very strongly recommend their services and kudos to the movers.
