I am absolutely outraged the the terrible job your company has done. We are only part way through a move/shipping and so far two of the recipients have reported major damage to valuable furniture items that were shipped. This damage was clearly the result of disgraceful careless on your company's part. I cannot adequately express the depths of may disappointment and disgust. I am certain that more problems will arise, since there are several more deliveries yet to come. How dare you!
