I had a complex move. We collect; antiques, artwork, figurines, and rocks and minerals. They handled everything with care and professionalism. Everyone was courteous, polite and friendly. Even while working in one hundred degree weather! I hope to not have to move again, but if I do I will go with Ace.

Lack of communication and conflicting information caused confusion throughout the moving process. I had to reach the majority of the time. Overall packing was pretty good but inventory and items loaded last were not always tagged. The driver was not engaged and customer service skills lacking. Issues with unloading with multiple pieces of furniture damaged due to drivers negligence in directing crew. Overall disappointing experience that could have been the best move ever…I’ve moved 10 times so I have experience with this.
