Customers beware...be sure and have the sales person clearly disclose how Atlas addresses broken, lost and damaged personal items that may occur during the course of a move (stuff happens and the customer absorbs all of the bad outcomes), even if they wrap and pack it. What you will come to learn is Atlas and only Atlas will determine what is repairable and the value of that repair and the same applies if they break an item. If they break an item, even though it is broken, they may determine it is repairable and only compensate you for the value of the repair as they have unilaterally determined. Mind you this occurs even though the customer has paid for insurance...part of all the forms one fills out. Bottom line, once you have paid for the move, the customer has little if any recourse and our experience is that it has resulted in a terrible experience and we would never recommend...
