The People who packed our items did a poor job. As I have been unpacking, items were obviously crushed or squished to the point of damage. Non breakable items were overly wrapped while more fragile items were not wrapped or cushioned at all.

I have moved several times and I found ACE very easy to work with.

Recently I needed a local move in order to stage my home for sale. My movers showed up in a timely manner and worked diligently & with a positive attitude ALL DAY (9:30-6:30). It really is hard moving, so having helpful, kind, attentive movers makes all the difference!

Excellent service from beginning to end. Our packing crew was Adrian, David, Jr, and Lizet. Adrian did a terrific job as the leader. Even though he was overseeing everyone’s work, he did as much packing as everyone else. David and Jr
were super packers. Lizet was efficient and fast in packing a closet loaded with clothes and shoes. All four were experienced and professional. They were extremely competent and careful when packing all my belongings. They took extra care and protection when packing expensive dishes, figurines, sculptures, and pictures. They cleaned up all their supplies before leaving, so there was no
cleaning that I had to do. They were very patient and accommodating when I asked questions. I would highly recommendation them if packers are needed in a move. But I must also say that they are the nicest group of people that you would want in your house.

Ace Relocation really delivers - literally. Although moving is stressful, no matter what, the professionalism we experienced with Ace helped us get through this challenging process seamlessly. There were no major hiccups to speak of, and in fact, the lag time between getting moved out of our old house and into our moved our new one was sped up quite a bit vs. what the estimated window had initially been, so we only had one day in between moving out and moving in which was fantastic! The movers were all extremely professional and careful with all of our possessions. We had no issues at all with anything getting damaged or broken, (just one very thin water glass and champagne glass – not bad). All in all we were extremely impressed by how quickly and efficiently they were able to get the job done.
