Given the highly competitive environment for this service, I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt and courteous support provided by Ace during every aspect of our move. I needed to secure a moving company and complete the process in less than three weeks, and Ace was able to meet these aggressive goals. The estimator was on-time for our in-home inspection, and answered all of our questions with a deep breadth of knowledge. On moving day, the workers were well-prepared and diligent. They listened to our needs/concerns, and completed the move with care. Although the entire move took longer than originally estimated, the company stood behind their promise to keep overall price at the maximum agreed during inspection. I absolutely recommend their services for any local move in the San Diego area.

We made a local move in Encinitas with Ace Relocation. It was a large move 4 BR, living, dining, office, family, breakfast, baby grand piano, large patio, etc. Frank Greene was our estimator. He was very professional, very thorough, and very responsive. Michelle Blake was our coordinator. Michelle also was very professional and responsive. Because we were able to close on our new house early, we elected to move our art, books and kitchen on our own after we signed the service order. Michelle handled the changes smoothly and quickly issued a credit on the payment we made. The house we moved from had restricted driveway access so the move took two days. Adam Rocher and his crew were exceptionally professional and careful through it all. All our items arrived in great condition. They set up the rooms as we requested and patiently consulted on positioning the baby grand piano!...

Everyone was very patient and willing to cater to my schedule, even coming out a second time to re-estimate the cost of the move after I delayed for several months.
The movers were very professional and courteous. Everything was packaged carefully. The one item damaged during the move was pointed out to me promptly (a cabinet leg with previous poor repair).
Total cost was less than the estimated price.
Overall, the best interaction I have had with moving companies.

Ace Relocation Systems recently provided our family with a local move in San Diego. However, we did use Atlas Van Lines for a long distance move two years ago and Ace Relocation Systems was also a part of that on the arrival end of things.

For this recent move, our relocation consultant was Ming Lai. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the process of providing the quote and assisted with some guidance and tips. Ming was professional and his quote was exactly what we were expecting. As the first point of contact and the person representing the company, Ming made a great impression. Thank you Ming!

The level of professionalism and service I received PRIOR to signing a contract made me feel incredibly comfortable (which says a lot, because I asked a lot of questions and my situation was quite different than a traditional move).
