Ace Relocation Services exceeded my expectations for my move. I moved my 100 year old grandmother across the country and ACE was accommodating, detailed and thoughtful. They made this move easy and did a great job start to finish. I can’t say enough about their services.

We loved working with Vanessa and the crew she brought with her when loading and delivering our property—5 stars for them! They were very professional, courteous, reassuring and carefully protected our household goods to be safely transported. We appreciated Vanessa communicating with us at every step of the process and their punctuality. The sales and coordination team were slow and did not communicate as effectively as Vanessa. This is the reason why this is not a 5 star review. Thank you, Vanessa and crew!

Because of people like Will Fuller. His moving team led by Eddie did a really superior job of packing and delivery. Only thing preventing a 5* rating was, most of the cartons were not marked with contents in detail.

**STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE YOUNG GIRLS IN YOUR HOME**

My wife just informed me that one of our movers cornered and was asking a 14 year old girl in our home for our number. 14! When confronted by my wife he acted like he didn’t speak English. My wife just told me about this because she knew I’d be LIVID. Sharing now to ensure this, or anything worse doesn’t happen to anyone else.

With abysmal communication, inflated pricing, and an outright refusal to handle high-value items responsibly, my recent experience with this moving company was nothing short of a disaster.

From the get-go, the company’s communication was more akin to a silent film than a modern service provider. Queries fell into an abyss, seemingly never to be heard from again, while the rare response that did emerge was as cryptic as hieroglyphics on a Pharaoh’s tomb.
