Ace Relocation Systems San Diego

I have moved many, many times as I spent 20 years in the Air Force and this was probably the worst move I have experienced. Starting with the packers in San Diego. We had put clothes in five wardrobe boxes. The packers put boxes right up to the top and crushed all of our clothes into about a 15 inch area at the top. They also put an original oil painting in the wardrobe box without wrapping anything around it. To make matters worse, they did not tell us they did this and our move was to a rental and then on to another house when we buy it. Next as we had to get items out for the kitchen rental we started looking for some plates. We had 4 or 5 dish packs all marked the same: “kitchen plates and glasses. we had to go through all the boxes to find the plates on the bottom of the last one. The people we interacted with were helpful, courteous and professional. We had Frank do our estimate, a warehouse guy gave us wardrobe boxes (when he realized someone else had claimed our used boxes, he gave us four brand new ones and didn't charge us. The driver, Steve, and his son, Aaron were punctual and communicated with us throughout the process. The crew brought their own supplies for the bathroom and asked which bathroom to use throughout the day. We were impressed and everything went smoothly from beginning to end.

Ace provided excellent customer service. Moving day - both packing day and unloading day went seamlessly. Our crew and drivers were on time and courteous throughout the day. The driver (Steve) kept us informed of what was happening through each step. Nothing was broken or lost in the move and we received delivery a few days before expected (which was great for us!). From beginning to end the service and responsiveness were excellent. The resources they gave for how to pack and prepare for our move were also very helpful. We would definitely use ACE again.

I gave 3 stars because when my stuff arrived in Texas the crew that was hired to unload my stuff broke 2 expensive things and didn’t load my storage correctly. The crew that was hired on this end were very unprofessional. I still have not heard back from the company about my broke items. The crew in San Diego were amazing and did a phenomenal job. The driver was amazing and worked really hard and was very professional and kind.

Excellent service by all

The 2-person moving crew of Maria and Tony did a great job. I would highly recommend them. They were a pleasure to interact with on a stressful day!
I would also highly recommend Will, an Ace Relocation Specialist, and Michelle Blake a Customer Experience Rep and her team. It was an overall good experience. I highly recommend Ace Relocation Systems!
