My move with Ace was overall a very positive experience. However, I did find the lack of communication frustrating before the pick up of my items for the move. I received the time movers would show up less than 12 hours before they did. Also, the customer service representative assigned to my account went out on vacation when the move was supposed to happen. Why assign a customer service representative to an account when you know they will be out of office during important parts of the move?
