Unfortunately we didn't have a great moving experience with Ace; they were recommended to us by our real estate agent. But while the crew that showed up was friendly, they had one guy who was extremely careless with our belongings. Antique items were dropped in our driveway, my husband's nightstand was dropped in the street while unloading, and the dolly smacked into a standing mirror causing it to hit our new wood floors. We paid for 8 hours of moving time, but they were moving so fast they did it in 5.5 hours. To be completely fair there had been an family emergency for all 3 members of this moving team that morning. But it would have been good if they had replaced the one guy it really seemed to be affecting (he's the one who dropped all of our belongings). We had a great experience with Ace relocation! We moved from MA to MN and the driver kept us informed along the way when he would be there. He really put in the extra effort to make us feel prioritized and that he was doing everything he could to get us our things as quickly as possible. He was even early on delivery day so he could scout out the area - I thought that was quite professional. The actual move in was very smooth and we had no damage to our belongings. I would absolutely hire them again.

Ace Relocations did a wonderful job in storage and delivery. Wish I had known you'd use a smaller truck as that would have saved me a lot of worry. As to any damages, a previously broken and fixed chair leg broke again, and 2 cement garden mushroom decorations had been decapitated. No big deal. I was a little disappointed that since ACE packaged mirrors and pictures, that you would not also unpack them, but overall 4 stars. DanP
