My delivery was 5 days late and was never told. I called Multiple times with no call backs. In addition, I had to correct the pick up and delivery dates, email addresses, deliver address.

Very disappointed about the condition of how the household items were delivered, stained, damaged or lost.

Delivery was delayed, re-routed, and pushed almost 2 weeks past the "absolute latest" date we were promised. We were abruptly informed of this over email, along with news that our belongings were going to have to go through "crate and freight", which was never explained to us. We were told we would receive our bill total the day our shipment was loaded and weighed. We were not told our total until 31 days after pickup, less than 24 hours before it was allegedly due. No one has communicated what recourse we have for this gigantic inconvenience and unfulfilled contract.

We tried ACE to move our household items across the country. However, no one is responsive to us to update us about the delivery time or to give us any updates on where our stuff is. It has been 8 days now that we have been waiting for them but no updates. We tried to contact the coordinator many times through email and call, but she never replied. We are very disappointed with this system and would not recommend them to anyone.

Move in San Diego was great. everything was fast and smooth.

My experience with Ace relocation systems is mostly positive. The staff are friendly and professional, and they provided necessary assistance that I needed. The only issue I had was the delivery wasn't on time as promised.

On the unloading side, the driver was communicative and meticulous. It became apparent when we were unpacking boxes that the packers were aggressive in making sure every box was stuffed to the max. Unfortunately we experienced more damage and missing items than we ever had in the past, which made my wife a little sad. However, the insurance claim process was straightforward, and their settlement offer was fair.
