Rick was absolutely amazing!!! Highly recommend him coming out to look at your stuff. He’s really personable, funny and gives it to you straight.

Very focused team. Did a great job and were very accommodating.

Service is good, but if you are pulling a camper in avoid this location. This also includes trailers, 5th wheels, gooseneck's, and other trailers where the wheels are not at the back like semi-trailers are. The driveway is too steep and results in many folks scraping the bottom, causing damage.

The representatives I works with from initial estimate through delivery to my home were all professional, courteous, and informative. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. 1) Kudos to Will Fuller for making this complex move possible and staying in close contact to insure it was being handled well.
2) Also Kudos to Kelly Ware, who worked with me patiently while I tried to figure out why my bank, Wells Fargo, could not pay Ace the amount contracted. [Wells Fargo had set a maximum limit on any payment to protect against fraudulent use. Finally cleared up.]
3) Jose Perez and his team performed extremely well. He's a real professional. He also had to perform certain unexpected services involving my antique baby grand piano because Ace third party first day efforts were deficient. Result: my piano's surface(s) was (were) damaged because Ace movers had to use unclean covering to try to wrap around the piano. Thus, when lifting/moving the piano, the movers had to press down on the covering causing scratches to surface(s). More details on...
