Excellent service, very quick and reliable! The team was able to schedule my move quickly and packed my items with care.

The crew was beyond fantastic with getting me packed and moved before my surgery. I felt like they took extra care with my belongings and constantly communicated with me. I did have trouble submitting payment with the website which stressed me out a bit. The coordinator tried several different ways to send me the link that would not open or I could not get through the payment process. Not good to deal with night before moving and trying to work from home.

The guys were great. Everyone was great...will use again!

We were so pleased with him that we decided to not even pursue any quotes from other moving companies. Gwen was extremely helpful throughout the moving process and was always quickly available to answer any and all of our questions. Our moving crew of three were courteous, pleasant and very careful in both packing everything up as well as unloading at our new location. I moved at the end of October from Chicago, IL to Columbus (Powell), OH. In all my years of multiple moves, I have to say this was the most stressful of the bunch. I lived in a high rise building in downtown Chicago (530 N. Lake Shore Drive), where I had to reserve the freight elevator for moves and they only do increments of 4 hours and have strict start/end times.. I conveyed to my coordinator that we have very stringent policies and that they would need to be adhered to.

** The day of the move, I was told the movers would be there at 8:30am. They did not show up until l close to 9:45am. My move coordinator did not give me a window of time when we spoke, so I was making multiple phone calls and thought perhaps I had the wrong day.
