Still waiting for my delivery date, but based on the smooth experience thus far, I expect it will similarly be a breeze! The entire process has been handled efficiently and professionally. Bea, my moving consultant, was very communicative, knowledgeable, and accommodating, which put me at ease. Getting quotes from different companies and scheduling walk throughs can feel overhwelming, but Bea instilled me with confidence in her and her company. The crew and logisitics coordinator were equally professional and communicative. They were also patient with my disbelief that, with the Simplicity Move package, the crew does all the work; they showed up (on time!) with shipping materials and packed (very thoroughly and with care) my items and furniture.
