My husband and I felt ACE Relocation Systems did an outstanding job from beginning to end. Our first encounter was when Brent Garrett came to do an estimate. He went thru the process very efficient. The next step was getting a call from the Coordinator for the move by Kelly Ware. Kelly was so nice and professional and personable all at the same time. We had a window of 9 to 11, they came at 9:15 a.m. and were done by 3:45 p.m. Didn't need the whole time and we will be getting back money for that. They didn't take advantage and we CAN'T SAY ENOUGH. EXCELLENT! OUR PLACE LOOKS GREAT. THANK YOU Jennifer.

Ace relocation was nothing short of professional. The consultants were super responsive to emails. The movers arrived and jumped right in. We boxed most of the small things, and they took care of the bulkier items. Everything was packed and loaded within 2 hours. The speed and efficiency was nothing I've seen before with any of my moving experiences. The unloading process was the exact same. They gave me a list of boxes and shouted out numbers as they unloaded. Nothing was missing according to the list. Damage was extremely minimal, with damage to just a hand crafted sign, that's pretty impressive for a move this size. We had a complicated move involving two locations, and a few months storage in another state. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you for everybody involved, the customer service was top notch. Highly recommended for interstate moves.
