Overall the experience was decent. I previously used Atlas Moving through my coming for a relocation and was referred to ace relocation. This time around as a private client and not through a major organization I felt handled with less care during every phase of the process.

During pick up, the crew missed kitchen cabinets to load and had to leave my instapot and several other appliances in the process.

My load was originally on a van to be delivered and with minimal communication, that driver was no longer available and my items sat in storage for almost 2 weeks.

They always replied to my messages, and were very prompt

We gave them our 100 plus year old dining room table and breakfront plus eight chairs and they were not damaged and handled with care.
We also gave them our living room furniture. It was a sofa, two chairs and a chest and plus two more older chairs.
Everything was fine and there were no damages. The furniture was handled with care.
