Our Technician Jack was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He listened to our concerns and was able to resolve the issues with our pool heater and valve. So Yay, we can finally use the Jacuzzi again! Best of all, he determined that the crack in our pool was not causing our water loss, after another company said it would cost $7500 to repair that crack.. He determined that the problem was caused by our aging filter, which causes a steady drip into the drain while the system is running. Made some sound recommendations which we appreciated. I just want to thank Ace Pool Repair for installing a heater for me. I got into a situation where I had the heater & no one to install it & Mark that works at SCP told me to try ACE POOL REPAIR & these guys got onto the job right away! 15-year old pump failed. Called ACE Pool Repair, based on solid Yelp reviews. Albert answered (didn’t have to leave a message!) and was extremely professional and accommodating for my needs and schedule. A couple days later, Alec showed up as schedule and diagnosed perfectly within a few minutes. I received the official quote in an hour and it was exactly as he stated, and very fair compared to what I was expecting. A cancellation got my repair done even quicker and all works great!
