I thought I was dealing with compassionate people, until they gave me a price of $30,000 to clean up after the father of my kids passed. Basically the insurance gave them approval to destroy my living room, but not actually clean the house. I'm not sure why it took them almost a month to return the estimate, but now my house has been sitting almost a month and has a bunch of other issues I now am left to deal with. Don't waste time waiting around for their help.
