Immediately after meeting Tony and Tommy, the highest praise I can give them is that I became their Mother and Kathie, my deceased daughter, became their sister. They were so loving and kind, and respectful to me. They tried, and succeeded, to respectfully remove objects that I knew her brothers would want, and were especially careful during clean-up to find the boxes of the ashes of her two beloved former cats.
