From the moment I got a quote from the website, Scott was incredibly responsive and we quickly got a date on the calendar. He arrived one hour early (wow!) so we were able to get started even earlier than scheduled. Scott is very personable and great at explaining his process and the current state of the windows/screens. The windows and screens came out gorgeous, no streaks whatsoever on the glass. In fact, the windows are so clean that a bird flew into one a couple hours later.

Scott did a terrific job washing the outsides of our dirty windows, taking time to scrape off bits of paint and and other things and now our windows and screens are beautifully clear! What a difference; it's such a pleasure to look outside now. He was very respectful of social distancing while working hard to do a super cleaning job and explaining various things about our aluminum screens.
