I have been to many PT places and I have found Abide Physical Therapy the best. They asked me things and told me things I have never been asked or told and after only 3 appointments I am finding remarkable improvement!! Thank you Abide!!

I have been diagnosed with Meniere's Disease and have had episodes for almost
25 years. This past January and February I had recurring episodes that were more frequent and intense than ever before.
Once these subsided I instead had episodes of dizziness 4-5 times a week for an hour and a half. I went to doctors, had an MRI, took meds, but nothing worked.
Finally, I was introduced to Abide Physical
Therapy. I was reluctant at first because I worried that it could make my dizziness worse. But during the first appointment the therapist asked many questions and dug deep. She suspected that I was very tight in the upper back and neck which could pinch nerves and restrict blood flow. She did hands on work on my back and neck area and I haven’t felt this good in 6 months. I also have a series of exercises to loosen and maintain flexibility. I have been 3 times but...

Abide Physical Therapy has been a shining star in the world of help for both of my children. We are dealing with EDS, POTS and myasthenia gravis with young adults. My daughter’s first visit she said her heart rate had not been that low (normal) in years! My son’s experience was equally as successful. I would HIGHLY recommend Abide Physical Therapy. I have had great trouble in finding anyone who can even recognize what I do on my own for pt efforts. In this aspect, Dr. Michelle set herself apart.
