I just called to get a quote on my GMC terrain transmission, and the lady that answered was really rude! She said I was poor and can't afford it cause I was just comparing mechanics.. I can't trust any mechanics with the mindset of a child as there sale personnel. Well guess what lady your right you do get what you get, and I wish you well you!

They do not want to stand by their warranty. This is the AAMCO off of South union ave. They had us tow it to the AAMCO on white lane. They had us do something to our truck which was not related to transmission because engine light came on. Then told us to take it back to union . They wouldn't touch it either. But what put the icing on the cake was White Lane left our keys in the vehicle and didn't know I was there at the place until I spoke up. Vehicles get stolen everyday. Why would a business leave keys in your vehicle. They're both awful.

Great service at a good price. Took care of us when we walked through the door. If you need some auto work done look them up.

Took my 2017 Hyundai Elantra in for a transmission service & the woman up front & man in the shop made sure that they knew exactly how my car was designed & that they would be able to service it properly before charging me (they explained with these newer cars it can be a bit difficult to locate different parts due to everything being computer based). They were able to service it & they were not only efficient, but so pleasant to speak to! I wish I would have caught their names, but I will be taking my car back to them the next time I need a service or have an issue! Amazing customer service! Good old fashioned folk; not too often you get that nowadays! I have recommended them to all of my family & friends.

if i can give this place negative stars, i would. the lady be hide the counter is very RUDE,. FIRE this lady. she acts like she doesnt want to be there. GUYS DONT BRING YOUR CAR HEAR, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE OVERCHARGED, AND DISRESPECTED. CLOSE THIS SHOP. I WILL BE CONTACTING AAMCO CORPORATE AND BBB. REPORTING OLD JOHNNY
