Carol, the service manager was very knowledgeable, warm and easy to talk to as she explained my car's transmission situation in clear, easy to understand language step by step. John, the mechanic was very friendly and equally easy to talk to with a wealth of automotive experience and knowledge. The place is very warm and comfortable. There was even a turn-dial candy machine in the waiting room! Yumzilla!

I brought my truck in while I was on a road trip. The rpm's were fluctuating while in 4th gear and also it felt rough from the startup until it shifted into 2ND. As it turns out, I needed a transmission rebuild. I spoke with Jim and he was able to rebuild it on the premises (an ability most repair shops do not have). I had to spend the night in a motel, but they had it fixed the next day and I was back on the road.
Carol and Jim are two of the nicest people one can meet. They understood my situation and they provided me with fast, friendly, and affordable service!
