Paul was SO HELPFUL! I texted him pictures of the existing lock sets and he informed me that they are very easily picked/broken into. He promptly arrived on a Saturday to replace the low quality lock sets with high quality secure sets and even made me extra keys at no charge. When he arrived he showed me a very informative youtube video showing how the existing lock sets are not secure at all, this showed me that he wasn't just trying to make an extra buck by replacing what I currently have, he genuinely was providing a more secure product which I really appreciate! I highly recommend!

Paul did an amazing and professional job installing smart locks and replacing locks. He explained the work at each step, and shared his expertise on why to choose certain locks over others for enhanced security. He was able to come by the same day I called, even better! I've already happily referred him to several friends, and he'll be the locksmith I call when we next need one.
