Full marks to Paul who was awesome. On the main door, we have an extended (bigger) latch that was broken. The part had to be ordered and is hard to get. However all along the way, Paul was always responsive (within minutes) to any questions I had and also to keep me informed of the status of the part order. He came home at the top of the window he promised, and was absolutely clean and efficient in replacing the latch. He also opened up an old lock for a shoe box I had in the garage, for which I had lost the key.

Absolutely recommended Paul for any job and I'll definitely get him again for when the need arises.
