Paul responded right away from the website scheduling tool since he had a conflict, and we got that squared away immediately. My front door lock turned out to be a barely functional antique, and though he couldn't 100% fix the problems I was having, he did a great job of getting it to a functional state again. Paul was very honest about the fact that the door lock would be very expensive and difficult to replace if it came down to that, but didn't try to sell me a replacement or anything like that, and even charged less for the service since he couldn't do a complete repair.
