Your two staff members Gabriel & Gavin were very polite and patient with my requests; plus provided a complete explanation of what they would be doing, as well! Of course, I tipped what I could afford - but firmly believe that staff should receive incentive rewards throughout the year; or you will loose competent and really well qualified staff to represent your business. I will never wash windows again after A-1 window washers did mine. Scheduling was easy. They arrived at the agreed upon time and were efficient and courteous. Javid was polite and professional. There was no damage to my outside plants and no mess inside.
