I love how the teachers spend time individually with each child and makes them feel special.

THE ONLY REASON THERE IS EVEN 1 STAR IS BECAUSE I HAD TO SELECT IT TO INFORM YOU ABOUT THIS NEGLECTFUL CHILD CARE.
ENROLL YOUR CHILD HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR CHILD TO JUST BE A NUMBER THAT ADDS MONEY TO THEIR ACCOUNT AND NOTHING MORE. THERE ARE SEVERAL STAFF MEMBERS AND CHILDREN THAT ARE NEGLECTED AT THE MERCY OF THE OWNERS POCKET BOOK. THE AIR CONDITIONING HAD STARTED MALFUNCTIONING WHEN TEMPERATURES OUTSIDE WOULD REACH IN THE 90'S AND ABOVE. MY 2 YR OLD DAUGHTER WAS COMING HOME WITH HEAT EXHAUSTION AND I WOULD START SWEATING WITHIN MINUTES OF PICKING HER UP. THE OWNER NEGLECTED TO FIX THE AC AND SAID ITS ALLOWABLE FOR IT TO BE 85 DEGREES IN THE CLASS WHICH IS NOT TRUE. YOUR CHILD WILL GET FED BASICALLY CARDBOARD AND CORN TO SAVE MONEY FOR THE OWNERS POCKET BOOKS AND EVEN WORSE YOUR CHILD WILL COME HOME WITH LEASIONS THAT NO ONE CAN ATTEST TO WHAT HAPPENED. worst experience for my family. My son Was beaten here and even ejem I spoke several times asking them to respect and take care of my son, that never happened. I has to change him from daycare.

I love this location and I’m truly going to miss it. My babies love their teachers and they learn so much. We are moving to the AF location due to a move or else I would keep them here. I’m sad we have to go as my babies are super attached to their teachers.

I had to specifically request that they not feed my 1-2year old full, uncut grapes.
They sent her home without socks or shoes - never got them back - completely lost them.

My older child regularly came home complaining of staff physically grabbing him. I initially thought he might be exaggerating but it continued and my complaints were never directly addressed when I brought it to management’s attention.
Even during the “fun” summer camp he would beg not to go. I knew something was off because it seemed so fun! We lived in a childcare desert and it was only until we moved so I hoped we could all stick it out.
They ended up kicking us out against their own policy. When they finally talked to me about it, they indeed recognized that they did not handle it appropriately but we all agreed it wasn’t a good relationship. Their feedback was that my son could...

My son has a really great time here. All the teachers are nice and kind.

This is a great place to work. Owners and directors really care about you as not just an employee but a vital part of this operation.

We switched to A to Z from another daycare and have been very happy with them! My daughter has fun, is safe, and the meals are well balanced. They do a lot of arts and crafts with the kids and I love that.

I think it’s awesome they do bus service and notify me when things happen like nap time, snacks, and etc

This daycare in Eagle mountain has been exceptional for my kids as a single parent / widow. The care takers have all been so patient and attentive to my kids. They love them. They love going. Highly recommend.
