I love this daycare for my lil one he's 3 first time and loves it

Back story; I started at the AF location about 15 years ago and my first 3 went there, we loved the owner & the staff. So I knew I wanted to go back there when I got pregnant with my son.

I have loved this location(EM). Such friendly and welcoming staff. Great communication. I love that they have cameras for me to watch my baby. Their app is so nice too, I get little photos of my little one. I have felt safe and comfortable leaving him there. I highly recommend this daycare to anyone.

Highly recommend! They care about the kids so much & the facility is very clean :) they give you updates throughout the day & are always doing fun activities with the kids! Love this place!!

The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and always diligent in providing updates about daily happenings. They are incredibly easy to work with, work hard to get to know the parents, and always quick to answer any questions.

It’s sad for me to write this review as both of my children went here but I think it’s important for parents to know that teachers are constantly changing and from my experience they aren’t training them enough or not hiring the right people for the job. In a month my daughter who is 2 had 17 incident reports of kids biting, pinching and scratching her. There was also one bit mark that I didn’t get a report about and they “couldn’t find anything on camera”. I have them a weeks notice about withdrawing my child and the owner, who is a piece of work on her own, is sending me to collections for the one week I refuse to pay ( two week notice tule for withdrawal) because my child was clearly not being taken cared of.

With that said, the teachers in the infant room are amazing but unfortunately had to pull my child out from their room as well.

Very caring staff that strive to make lasting connections with the children. Teachers and management have been great in assisting with child development and working with the children to develop appropriate skills to handle their young emotions. Facility has recently upgraded their playground with safety in mind.

I love being at A to Z! The staff is welcoming and are so kind to everyone. It is a wonderful atmosphere where the teachers and children can have lots of fun together!

A to Z is such a great place to be at! The atmosphere is so welcoming and the teachers are so loving towards the kids. It truly is a pleasure to be there.
