I want to give the gentleman who came out 5 stars. He was enthusiastic, informative and did a great job. The office however was a bit disappointing. I was told when the sales person came out that there would be two people on my job. However only one was at my home because I was told the other worker had to go to another job. Ok. I was told that I would be the second job of the day but the worker didn’t arrive until after three. When I called they told me that I did not need to be home but explained as the homeowner I wanted to be there while people were working at my house. I further explained that I was not thrilled at starting a job so late in the afternoon and did not want it to run into dinner hour and disturb my neighbors since I know the machine is loud. All in all a pretty good experience but in the future would request the first appointment of the day.
