A+ Power Washing

I think this is the 2nd online review I have ever written. That speaks to the strength of my satisfaction with the job that A+ Power Washing did on our house this week. As soon as Joe and Blake got out of their truck I knew this was going to be a good experience. They were a great blend of friendly and professional. They made it clear that my satisfaction was their goal. They confirmed that what they intended to do was what we had signed up for and took all the necessary precautions (checked for open windows, taped electrical outlets, etc.). When they completed the job they asked us to inspect. My wife found 2 minor areas that had been missed and Joe and Blake cleaned those area and asked us to again inspect their work. When we were inspecting the work, there was no indication that they were in a hurry to get to the next job. The house, porch, and walkway leading to the house now look...

It's how you respond to problems that really matters. A+ powerwashed my composite deck and there were some areas that I was not happy with. They came out THE NEXT DAY and redid the entire deck...it came out great! Thanks A+!

Guys were very professional and thorough with their work. House looks great since the three back corners were all stained with algae. They even went above and beyond what was asked of them in terms of the scope of the job. They also are very response and over communicate all throughout the project which I appreciate very much. Will have them back for any future projects.
