I had my pool patio power washed and their machine damaged it in a few spots.I sent the owner before and after pictures which clearly shows the damage.He came out to my home twice to assess the damage and then offered me a free cleaning which I refused. I then asked him for a copy of his insurance certificate which he never sent. This leaves me no choice but to file in small claims court. Such an unprofessional and uncalled for action by the owner. There are many great small businesses in Monmouth County but Aplus Powerwashing is definitely not one of them!

Excellent customer service. I had an estimate a few hours after my initial call to them. The estimate was concise and broken down into categories based on the work they were recommending. I selected what i wanted, got a call the next day to schedule, and about a week later my house was the cleanest I’ve ever seen it. Would recommend to anyone looking for excellent service and great work!
