When I was there I asked a class of over 20 students what their fav foods are and I heard all healthy fruits and veggies as answers. Then I asked them what super heroes are in their life and I heard "grandma, mom, dad, aunt, uncle, brother, sister, firefighter, and teacher". This is hands down the BEST daycare! They LOVE my children and go above and beyond for them! Each and every staff member is professional, nurturing, patient and kind. My youngest daughter has special needs and it has never once has it been an issue. They accocomate her needs and have even taught me things to help her (i.e. sign language)! My mind is at ease everyday when I leave my babies at AKW because I know they are in wonderful hands! Read more >

They do not care about kids. Teachers are physically and verbally abusive and they do nothing but make excuses for them. “Kids are hard” isn’t a reason to be violent and when you bring the issue up, they will tel you to remove your kid. I am sharing my experience as a teacher working at A Kids World. Working childcare can be very rewarding but challenging, I think it's important that teachers recieve support in the classroom, which A Kids World does through peer support and training. Employees regulary recieve recognition for achievements through rewards/bonuses, and our owner Shannon often treats us to in house catering or plans fun company outings. We most recently had a fun time doing a painting class. Employees also recieve PTO, as well as health and dental insurance. World for Eight years the first time and went to work somewhere else. twelve years later I came back because I came back while COID was first going on. Shannon and her crew `was really on top of things. These are the friendliest people. They have helped me with many issues when I needed them .

I have worked at A Kid's World for over 2 years teaching Georgia Pre-K. It is a wonderful place to work and they offer many incentives for employees! They even give points through the Nectar app to redeem for gift cards for your birthday, work anniversary, and for being recognized for portraying our school's core values! I visit the center through Babies Can't Wait to provide Early Intervention services. Ms Alexus is a rock star! She raises expectations for kiddos to follow through, praises appropriate behavior and her circle time is on point! Love to visit that classroom! Read more >
