Chase Carpet Care cleaned our carpet recently and our carpet felt cushy and new once again (6 years old)! They also cleaned Berber carpet we have in our basement. There was an OLD coffee stain on the Berber carpet that I didn't bother to mention as it had been there so long - I did NOT expect it to come out. Imagine my delight when I went downstairs and saw that the stain was GONE!!! Eddie and Colt worked hard on a hot day and were polite and considerate of our home while cleaning. I highly recommend them.

The rug was done when promised. It looks nice and feels nice underfoot now that the nap stands up again. One of there guys loaded it into the trunk of my car for me.

chase, under the original ownwer, was a fine company. i used it in my 2 homes for almost 40 years. since it sold, it is slop.

worst, the cleaners are untrained in pride, excellence. and theyre political, left wing, nuts. theyre lazy, not skilled, argumentaive impolite, and stupid.

my ethan allen wingback had its pillow shrunk by 2" from your bums. i called anns voicemail. ann never returned the call.

as for under my bed, the 2 creeps whined and whined and called me rude, and didnt want to clean it. my handyman came over, tilted the mattress off the bed, then lifted the box spring. nothing there.

2 lazy bums who didnt want to do the job. again, i called ann. nary a peep. you 3 need to be fired, or close up, altogether. $400 for 2 chairs, a couch and short bench. plus insult, attitude, laziness, lack if skill,...

They literally left in the middle of the job ! (Nope not fake just not interested in getting harassed over this)

I have used Chase for years and find their technicians to be professional, and dependable and they do an amazing job. Quade and Andre are the best!
