A Buyer's Choice

Buyers Choice performed a pre buy existing home inspection. Jeff Moores was there a bit early and came equipped to perform every phase of the inspection. He put every appliance thru a compete use cycle and obtained the manufacturing date on every piece of appliance and other equipment in the house. He did a complete HVAC check. He checked for water problems utilizing a handheld sensitive IR device on all ceiling and appropriate wall locations. All plumbing and water systems were tested. Attic/roof structure was inspected both from the inside and from walking the entire roof. Garage and water supply, water heating and soft water systems were all tested. he performed and provided a report on the wind mitigation areas for the required home insurance information. He did all this and filed his completed reports with us the next morning, allowing me to set up the home insurance with USAA...
