We were absolutely delighted with our experience with A Buyer's Choice. I found a house I liked but was only going to be in Florida for one more day. I called Jeff to see if he could inspect the home the next week with a friend of mine, but he said he could be there the next day. He showed up on time, spent several hours doing a thorough inspection, then spent a half hour on a Facetime call with me and my wife (back home) going over his findings and then emailed us a 50 page report the very next day (it arrived before I got on my flight. He also produced some shorter reports that I needed for my insurance. I appreciated his candor and some of the extra information he provided (like looking up the serial numbers on the appliances to see how old they were) On top of that, he also arranged for another company to come out and do a termite inspection.
