Jeff was very professional. He took the time to explain in detail to the clients about what was happening and how the process worked. Even months after the inspection my clients were able to call and request further information from him. Jeff was knowledgeable about his field and had experience to go with it. A Buyer's Choice is a reliable company. There was a challenging factor for me though; Jeff does not have a crew, so the timing is very long for an inspection. This can be very competitive for a solo company. Perhaps, just moving a little quicker could help:) Hope this helps
