Not too happy about the actual inspection. Rotten wood on bottom frame of main entrance door, although tiles inside floor at entrance were observed some separation (most likely due to moisture from outside) inspector did not noticed the damaged wood on outside frame of door, it seems recently painted but wood was soft and rotten to the touch.
