Before the job: Very responsive. Extremely professional. On time. Willing to separate the job into phases for us (there are over 70 windows on our 100+ year old home!).
On the job: polite, friendly, focused, unflappable (even faced with our old storm windows, some painted shut, others rusted). And they stayed until the work was done. Two windows were slightly damaged - and they agreed without discussion to repair them.
After the job: Accepted accountability for a miscommunication, still very responsive. Worked hard to accommodate my schedule.
Seriously, I could not ask for better work from better people. It was a great experience - and now we are only afraid that we'll think the windows are missing entirely because they're so clean. Fantastic. Hire these folks.
