Joe from A-1 Carpet Cleaners was fantastic! He gave a heads-up phone call to confirm the appointment and arrived promptly when he said he would (Original appointment window between 9:30am and 10:30am; he arrived around 9:50am). He was courteous and professional. We went upstairs to measure the carpeted rooms and it turned out to be $100 less than the quoted price. I also had two pieces of furniture cleaned and they look great. Throughout the whole process Joe was polite and professional in talking with me and answering my questions. Highly recommend checking them out.
