A-1 does great work and most importantly he stands by his work. For the cost, he goes above and beyond compared to other carpet cleaners that we have used in the Charlottesville/Crozet area. I won't use anyone else after our experience. I was amazed at the amount of dirt that Joe was able to get out of our carpets.

What an AWESOME experience! from the first conversation over the phone to walking though my door to find the cleanest carpet IMAGINABLE!!!!!!! my upstairs hall was SOOOOO DIRTY from renovations to my bathroom. they are SPOTLESS now! so awesome to come home after a very long day at work to find this amazing job well done! how often does anything EXCEED our expectations! thank you! thank you! thank you!

Exceptional Service! We (Rug Rats) delivered a custom rug to a customer in the Charlottesville area that had a grease spot from concealed freight damage. It was a small job, but A1 responded quickly and took care of our customer making them happy AND helping Rug Rats from replacing the rug. Excellent service! This business comes highly recommended!

The best carpet cleaning jobs I have ever had. Unreal job what they got my carpets looking like after . The quality of people from phone call to cleaning were excellent. Extremely professional You will not be disappointed. Moved in my house 3 years ago and Joe made the carpet look better than when I moved in. Trust in me when I say Joe is the best at what he does. My carpet cleaning was scheduled for within a week of when I called. Joe showed up on time, cleaned my 900 sq feet of carpet in 1.5 hrs, took payment by credit card on the spot, easy as could be. Almost all stains came out of my 17-year-old carpet. No issues at all. They guy who is cleaning the carpet is the guy who owns the business.

Joe did a great job! Carpets look great, and our old very used comfy sofa looks brand new! Would recommend and use A-1 again.

My carpet was about as bad as it gets. Being so heavily sodded, replacement carpet was probably my best and only option. Decided to give A1 a call after seeing some good reviews on Google Plus. Talked to Michelle, told her what I needed done and she gave me a rough estimate over the phone, then preceded to set an appointment. Unfortunately on the appointment date I was at work all day and only my dog was home, Joe called me when he got there and I told him to put the dog on the back porch and see what he could do with my very dirty carpet. He told me he would take a look and get some measurements and call me back with a more exact price. Few minutes go by and of course he calls back, says that the carpet is pretty bad but he will do what he can, price is projected though to be more than originally estimated over the phone. I say okay go at it, not having high hopes for said dirty...

I cannot believe how thorough Joe was in cleaning our carpet. My landlord deemed it necessary in our lease to have our carpets professionally cleaned, and I am glad that Joe showed up to the rescue. He went over our floors not once, twice, but three times in some areas! He was very easy to talk to and did just a fantastic job. The next time I must get my carpets cleaned, I will definitely be calling A-1.

He actually lowered the price when he got here because he said the dimensions were less than what I told them on the phone!!! How honest is that!! Friendly and on time.
