From start to finish the staff at A-1 were quite professional. The person who answered my initial call was helpful and knowledgeable. The men who came out to work on my sofa and chair knew exactly what needed to be done and, even called ahead to let me know their ETA. They were on time and got the work done quickly. The sofa and chair look great! Very pleased, and would definitely use them in the future.

Arrived on time and did an absolutely amazing job! This is a locally owned and operated business. They were slightly more than the other franchise quoted but I had a feeling locally owned and operated would be better and boy was I right! The franchises upsell you on a bunch of stuff and half the time they're there they're trying to sell you stuff. Not A-1! They quoted me over the phone and then did an amazing job and charged less than the quote because I had measured a little strong. I recommend this company to anyone that asks!

Joe earned each of the 5 stars. 1 He was on time and let us know exactly when he would arrive. 2 He was polite and answered all of our questions. 3 He was careful in protecting our home and provided shoe covers so we could go in and inspect the job. 4 He was through cleaning into every corner, not just in the rooms but even in the closets. 5 And most important, he did an excellent job and the carpet looks and smells great.

Excellent work! My couch was so dirty thanks to our dogs! Joe was able to clean it better than any other company we used in the past. He is also very honest. I gave him more money than the price by mistake, and he came back to give me the extra $60 I gave him. So wonderful to work with good honest kind reliable people!
