This was our second time using Joe and A-1 carpet cleaners- great service! Joe is great and thorough, which we really appreciate. We will use this company again!

Did a thorough job on our new home carpet. And offed advice about dealing with puppy pee that should help with accident mitigation when we move in!

We’ve only ever used A-1 Carpet Cleaning for cleaning the carpets in our house. Joe does a fantastic job - very thorough, reliable and professional. We’re always pleased with the results.

A-1 carpet cleaners did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets! The carpets look like new! They look better now than they did when we moved in. The price was more than reasonable! A great job for a fair price especially since this apartment is on the 3rd floor, Joe the owner was very professional and prompt. I would recommend Joe and A-1 Carpet Cleaners to anyone! We are so happy with Joe! We had another company come out to our home and tell us that our furniture could not be cleaned due to the material. This other business also told us that to have our furniture dry cleaned would cost around $1000. After calling several companies, A-1 Carpet Cleaners was the only one to agree to come out and clean our couch and chairs. Joe was very professional and did a wonderful job, for less than half of what the other company said that cleaning would cost. I highly recommend this company!

I called A-1 Carpet Cleaners bec/ my sofa had been in storage for months when I moved to Cville and it sprouted more than a few UNK spots. Also, I had smeared some squash into the seat, which really led me to think it was time to have professionals come in to take care of business.

Michelle helped set up the appointment and it was super easy, received a confirmation email with preparatory instructions, and Joe with the giant white truck showed up on time. He took care of my butter yellow sofa and cleaned out all the crazy spots and a bunch of gratuitous pen marks all over. The original bright color seemed to have also returned! so I'm really glad I called them to do right by my trusty couch. Now it smells nice too!

I almost had them do tile and grout on the master bath but Joe made another recommendation that totally worked out. Saved beaucoup $$$. Adulting...

First impression was that the customer service person Michelle,that I was speaking with was positive and professional in helping me with my need. The owner Joe came to my home and was professional in appearance and knowledgeable in the service’s that were needed. I was very impressed with the top level and quality of equipment that was present in doing the right job. And last and most importantly the price was reasonable for the great finished results. I was disappointed that the survey only allowed me to give A-1 Carpet Cleaners a Five star rating instead of the 10 that was merited. Thank you on a great job.

Joe always does such an amazing job. We’ve used them multiple times now to clean our white couch . We have 5 animals so it can get incredibly dirty but he always makes it look brand new after. Beyond professional, excellent service, always on time. Highly recommend. Thank you again for another job well done!
