A-1 Carpet Cleaners

We’ve previously used other carpet cleaners in Charlottesville with very disappointing results. A-1 puts them all to shame. Joe has cleaned the carpets in our rentals four times now. It’s actually kind of shocking how great they turned out. Highest of recommendations.

We cannot share enough positive remarks about A-1 Carpet Cleaning. We initially contacted them regarding the cleaning of our sofa almost two years ago. We were seriously considering getting rid of it but decided to have it cleaned. Joe did an absolutely outstanding job. The sofa literally looked brand new. We are still using it to this day!

Our experience with A-1 on the sofa prompted us to schedule them to clean the carpets throughout our home. Once again, Joe did an awesome job. Our carpet is well worn after 20 years, yet we aren't ready to replace it. The upset of our home, at this juncture, was not feasible. The carpeting looks beautiful and is so clean. Joe was great to work with. He honestly assessed our thin rugs and made the best recommendation for how to clean them, even though it meant losing some work himself.
He did a fantastic job on our couch and the one rug we did decide to have him clean. He voluntarily cleaned the part of another rug nearby that he could access without moving heavy furniture.

This was the best carpet cleaning service I have had. They have a professional truck, with the right equipment to do a stellar job. The owner's professionalism, explaining issues/concerns, and then seeing the finished product blew me away. Avoid these other local carpet cleaners that show up in a van with a carpet machine and charge you for all this cleaning product, with stains showing back up in three weeks and go for A-1 Carpet Cleaners. I don't often right reviews, but I asked to write one for this small business owner. USE THIS SERVICE!!!

I had A-1 clean a carpet in a rental I was leaving. The carpet had stains from the prior tenant that had resurfaced. They were able to get everything bright and clean without issue. Due to the professional equipment used the carpet dried quickly. I would use them again in a minute.
