Joe arrived on time, provided us with a downward adjustment to the quoted price to offset my math error, worked diligently to clean wall to wall carpet heavily soiled by three puppies in training, and the carpet looked close to new.

I will use A-1 again and again for my needs and will refer them to neighbors and friends.
