I use Sotellus with one of my businesses and found that it is most helpful for capturing reviews from customers that don't have Google or Facebook accounts. I also have a similar company that I don't use this company for and found that I am able to capture many reviews if I employ the same method of asking for reviews.

In regards to the widget it is a decent method that allows you to capture online people that inquire but I also find that it times out very quickly almost too quickly because you have to load the app to be able to respond and the customers typically leave before they get their response answered.

I hadn't had great success with sending out request for referrals or for sending out promotionals with sotellus even when the offerings are generous.

I really love the ability that sotellus has to post the reviews on the web page. Read more >
