***NTA under section 240 - Notice of Hearing In Removal Proceeding for Over stay***

My mom from India used to visit us in the U.S on B2 visa (tourist), last year after her last visit to U.S we received a “Notice To Appear and Removal Proceeding for Over stay” under section 240 from DHS and from local immigration court /ICE, my mom departed the US long before we received this notice and she did NOT overstay.
I tried contacting DHS and local immigration court to communicate to them about this notice that was issued by error, but no luck.
This Notice To Appear will stop her from entering the U.S in the future and she is the only family I have, I tried several times to communicate to DHS/ICE, DHS NTA unit and local immigration court by sending all the document proof that I have on her departure from U.S and did not overstay, but no reply back from any of the...
