Lance deserves a 10 Star Review ! Alice and I couldn't be more pleased with our experience with 911-DRY. Lance is extremely thoughtful,efficient, meticulous, FAST, knowledgeable and courteous. I was amazed at how quickly Lance cleaned the carpeting in my two son's rooms , and bathroom and stairs. For an encore he proceeded to clean six wool area carpets in our upstairs rooms. We are impressed with the quality of work done and the brightness of the colors Lance brought back to life in to our floor coverings. The cost of this work was extremely reasonable. Last but not least, the work was done and DRIED very quickly.
