Lance and his company 911-DRY was very efficient and came when we needed them to remove sewage/water from our crawl space so that the plumbers could fix the broken pipe. The crew was professional and very careful to protect themselves as well as us and our property. We would highly recommend them.

Lance and his team was fantastic from day 1! They got to work quickly, and I got to be VERY handsoff which I appreciated immensely. I had a significant amount of water damage to two rooms and everything was repaired, repainted, and refloored beautifully. Lance worked with my insurance the whole time to come up with a cost for repairs they’ll pay for, and while I was CC’ed on the emails, I didn’t have to do any negotiations with the insurance company. Overall it was a seamless and stress-free repair for damage that initially looked like it was going to be a nightmare. Highly recommend Lance and 911-Dry!

Thank you Lance & crew for repairing the roof/gutter/fascia damage from last winter's wind storm. This required coordinating many different professionals along the way and 911- DRY was dependable even with all the weather delays the past 6 months. The repairs did not require anyone being inside the house, but I always received a message from Lance when someone was scheduled to work on this project. All work was completed to my satisfaction.

Having a water event in your home is a stressful time- especially dealing with the insurance red tape. Lance is extremely knowledgeable with the process and explained everything to me in addition to working with the insurance company directly. Everything was fixed well and EVEN BETTER than before in some cases.
